On the one hand, it's very funny to me to see yet another manga pull the "slave girl MC" card even at 28 chapters in (with Yuki's clothes + collar/tag strongly implying it), but on the other hand I'm surprised to see it treated as such a background detail that isn't even mentioned / just gets glossed over. Good chap.

I do apreciate this manga acknowledges that it's a thing as realistically it would probably exist in such a setting, hell we havn't even nyxed it in the modern world yet.
But it not only doesn't dwell on it and make it a huge plot point, but that is also doesn't go down the slave bride route.
