From the main series we know Pohtan wanted to create a clockwork-like pragmatic society, though I wasn’t expecting her to be wanting to replace the Hero as well, but that makes perfect sense from her perspective, which everyone is a replaceable part, dystopian as it may sounds. That said, again, at least she is fair even to herself, unlike many real historic figures that spouts ideals, rules, or order, only to elevate themselves (and their cronies) above them.
