It had potential, and I think it handled the hardships of having an eating disorder with care, which was good. I won't pretend I know shit why author stopped at chapter 2 but imo there's really not much more to tell. You can easily assume the two's relationship will go smoothly after this, she'll also very slowly recover or learn to deal with her eating disorder, and I can live on with that head-canon.
