very poor tasteim pretty sure even the most simp loser here (includes me), will choose the elf
the person who reacted to this with ❌ is definitely a fucking simp...also the audacity that dumb girl has to ask hyce to join her team lmaoHe needs to tell her goodbye. Heres what really happened. They had a dream together. The together part was more important to him because he would of never thrown her away to get to the top without her. She threw him away to reach the top. Now heres where u say but she did it to protect him....... yeah so heres the thing. Its not like she didnt not know how he was going to take this unless she was a really bad childhood friend but honestly that might not be far off. So after she sent him off alone knowing he would feel betrayed and probably alone she sent him off to an area she only knew a little about? She didnt scout it out and make sure it was safe? So that for his own safety crap goes right out the window. Shes an adventurer and knows the importance of not knowing current data. So yeah he better not forgive her. I hope this is to help her and then he tell her how it was to him and shes even more crushed.
It isn’t even betrayal. It’s just plain common sense hyce at the beginning of the story literally nearly killed and was being dead weight to the team. FmC saw that it was safer for him to not be in danger thus she kicked him out to keep him safe.
You should be the one to work on yours, but I don't blame you.I really think you guys should work on your reading comprehension
- The betrayal was about the dream. The party was built on the premise that they will achieve it together. She did not even help him find about his blessing or train him combat-wise in order to keep up
- It was indeed for his safety but why did she did have to lie that it was specifically that he was a burden? Why can't she say be honest to avoid misunderstandings? Because she stupidly wanted him to hate her lol, ironically this did not even work because he still followed her suggestion unconditionally which led to...
- She carelessly gave information, to a weak D-Rank adventurer that has no party and no access his blessing, to a remote location where he got mauled by a S-Rank Dragon just because she saw it once, no prior research - this would be classified as reckless endangerment and she would have been suspected foul play with possible malicious intent considering their history and the rumors circulating around that they hated him.
- After her friend returned back half-dead, She ghosted him for 2 years. Only talked to him when opportunistically when he also became S-Rank.
- Her apology was clearly rejected, but keeps acting like nothing happened.

There's a lot stories nowadays, like this one, that gaslights its readers that those in the wrong should only get a slap in the wrist or not held accountable even though someone's life was on the line because of their stupid and careless actions.
Crazy to think that there is still people here that think hyce had no agency or blame in what happenedThere's a lot stories nowadays, like this one, that gaslights its readers that those in the wrong should only get a slap in the wrist or not held accountable even though someone's life was on the line because of their stupid and careless actions.
That was beautifully put, thx alot

Did you people forget this is party expulsion slop and not an actual quality piece of literature?Am i supposed to feel something when the bitch recall the past with the mc always encouraging her ?
Because with how she repayed him, it clearly doesn't work
Don't forget that even without the betrayal there was clearly a lot of abuse when he was on the team too
Author think we are braindead or something and forgot the 1st chapter
Those are incredibly generous ratings.from 9/10 to 6/10 very fast ngl
The WN is 100% watered down in this very bad manga adaptation, that took a 17+ age rating story and turned it into a pegi 13 one at best.I think the manga makes Hyce a bit softer than the WN. He's clearly way more angry and moody. Like a literal Squall from FF8.
Needs more Presea to balance out Hyce.
Also, one of the pages said to rejoin 'Scared', should be 'Sacred' no? Otherwise, thank you for your services.
