Cyril technically can do missions now like he is a Kamen Rider which can enable him to do stuff more covertly.
Heck, since he's going to start up a cartel, the dragonoid form will surely have some use or two.

Though honestly, I was expecting that at a certain point when his guild level goes up, his dragons will have to ability to have human forms, but I guess he is the one to become the dragon after all (i.e. dragon harem is now legit)
