I think we aren’t supposed to know until she reveals it. Cuz they don’t know anything about each other. Maybe everything will be revealed as the story progresses.

Uh... I'm hoping it's not from experience that she can write these things of stories.

God, I wish I remembered her name, but there was actually one female mangaka that has done a ton of... very explicit hentai... and I remember reading she was abused, raped and/or held captive or something. It actually happened to her, for real. And I remember reading one of her works and... Jesus Christ, it was some depraved shit. Makes one wonder. Not that I really want to know for sure...
