oh sweet a new series... lets see ch1...
nothing happens... wtf?
credit page: chapter 1.1
*insert jerry face* what? why is the chapter cut D: and why is it named ch1, when clearly its like half of it... im not usually the complain type, but i felt bamboozled...
Okay, ive seen this still at the main character introductions. Despite not explaining the problem yet, this is a promising artstyle. I think ima keeping tab on this. 🤔
Ofc, it 's 1.1 chap, looking forward the whole chapter
This feels like what it is. Half of a maybe interesting chapter/start. I really don’t mind if that’s the translator’s choice (to splite the chapter), but if this is how the chapter was released in the actual comic or magazine (or however it originally released) in Japan, then I do want to point out that that’s not the smartest idea for the series. Possibly a part of the reason why it’s completed at 2 volumes. A reader’s introduction/the start of the series (when they’re the same thing) is the most important part for the author. You have to hook them before you can start reeling them in. Half a (hopefully) interesting chapter doesn’t do that.
It always makes me wonder why the japanese bother with such over the top perfect(on the surface) characters. I get the wish fulfillment factor, but wouldn't it actually work better if the good-catch character was at least somewhat believable? Wouldn't it make it easier to self-insert into whatever trash mc the heroine is going to end up with?
