Okay this description is causing me great confusion. At least in English, “Mobster” has an entirely different meaning than “mob”. It really confuses me to see those words used interchangeably. Mob character being your average looking average joe, and mobster being you tough looking, gun holding, illegal, gang member. Is she in love with a yakuza member or the quiet guy in class no one notices? Further, if it’s the latter, then where did “super rich” comes from. If he’s Yakuza, I guess that makes sense (though then that’s weird she likes him for a different reason), but you can’t be “super rich” and a “mob” character. Those two things just don’t go together. The average Joe (err average highschooler) isn’t rich. You can be poor, and go unnoticed (pretty sad actually), but when you’re rich people don’t just ignore you. There’s going to be rumors, people after your money, talking, etc. Unless, the main heroine is somehow the only one that knows he’s rich (still strange). Also why even mention he’s right (to the author; I don’t expect an answer). I mean, it seems like the whole thing here is “mob character boy” and “super duper popular girl” romance. Wealth and money status seems like a weird thing to add to “mob”. Is the author just trying to make her seem like a gold digger? I’m just trying to get a handle on what exactly this premise is.
