The bit about the carriage house is interesting because I lived in one once! My school required freshman to live in Victorian-styled houses their first year. The one I stayed in was a former carriage house, and it only housed 12 people, including the dorm leader. So when I think about carriage houses I think about my cozy dorm room and all the good memories I had in school…
