She sure behaves like one but thank you for clarification. Still leaves me with a lot of questions, if you don't mind spoiling?
Nah, it's more fun leaving you guys hanging on the details 😜
(Anyway I know jack shit about japanese)

Wonder how many millennia the younger sister have gone through by this point, basically repeating the same life over and over again with slight variations every time...

Wow she didn't delete him She went and friggin uninstalled him ! that's beautiful x)
Well I think that as long as the TL keep making those page showing the edits and why they're made it's all good
Translating a language isn't an easy since we all have difference in nuances and underlying implication ... hell we even have those in the same language depending on the time period

Finally, Tanks for the food
yeah sure no probs, I do prefer being transparent over everything we make, so you don't need to worry about that being a one-time thing on our end

Small nitpick about TL notes at the end:

I don't think this story references "eroge", as eroge is specifically a game containing sexual content. This, instead, seems to be referencing generic terms of dating sim games (not sure what Japanese slang for that is), and given the setting and genre of this manga, it seems to be referencing "Otome Games" specifically.

That was on the tip of my tongue when I was writing it. Thanks for saying that, I would have never remembered it if you didn't point it out.

I read too much moege lately that I forgot the term for the non-sexual VNs.

Sure. I'm only partway through the Japanese web novel, so I don't have all the details yet, but here's quick summary of what I know. If the manga sticks close enough to the WN, than this much, you should pick up pretty soon, BTW. (maybe in a couple more chapters):

she is actually a character in the game, but she is a regressor, who has been through a ton of retries, and the reason she is a regressor is that she has become aware of the meta reality. Think "July Found by Chance" if you know that one. She is aware between lives of the development team for the game, eavesdropping on their discusssions, and she is pushing back. Exactly how she has gained this ability isn't clear at the point I'm at, nor how she became literate in the out-of-universe language (possibly it's acquired supernaturally? Don't know), but basically, she's a bug in the program. It's an amazing story, so stick with it.

Or, "Otoge" for short.

Well done Translator, you have broken through a mental wall that many translators struggle with, and some even, deny to face. I salute your victory over yourself!

That was my #2 guess, though it goes a step beyond of what I thought to be silly at this point. And surprisingly fits the speak again now. Thank you for the spoiler.

Yikes on trikes. Did not expect to read the full-on death of a personality. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy, but still, Sophia really has no chill when it comes to protecting her sister.

ahh, let me just clarify something for you...

i honestly don't know anything about this manga. Lamei, our redrawer, suggested that we tackle it because he likes the author's other works, and that's how we found TheLaidBackMan, our new redrawer for this title. i have never heard of this title until someone had to point it out for me.

plus, i don't read the raws. i have a personal policy of not reading raws because i fear that i might end up spoiling the later chapters if i get too excited... so i'm just really going on a opinionated rampage on the afterword. if she really is just a reincarnated person, then that explains a LOT of things with her dialogue.
I know this is old, but I just found this series, so excuse me for replying.
The specific usage of "uninstall" and game terminology seems important, I really felt like it was the wrong move to change it. Context really matters, so if you don't know what this is all about, it would have been better to either try to find out first or leave the terms.

Like, from the looks of it, it's very likely that this is an offshoot of the "game isekai" type, where the sister is either a modern day person who reincarnates into a game she plays, or if not she might be just an in-universe person who became aware of the "game scenario". In which case the terminology is not just "strange", but meant to be a "forshadowing" that will be explained later.

I'm sure by now the manga already explained what this means, I don't know, I'm just commenting based on what I saw here.
