Yeah, there's alot of english words on some of the pages where most of the bubbles seems to make some sense if you read them individually but no bubble or pane seem to make sense in relation to eachother, no matter how much I try to "reword" things in my head...

So from my understanding this is how it played out.
Some of the game triggers and such are having their affects, the main heroine is feeling compelled to stay in the group and this girl is most likely the person that spread it in the original game scenario. And to explain it in another sense they are all at the bottom and when the thought of them not being a group at the bottom but a group looked down on by other bottoms then she snaps, even if with some reasoning it would turn out as not true, she took that made the story to feel better about herself and told everyone and once reality kicked in and she faced the truth she broke down.
That's my interpretation.
