The real reason she's that weak here, is because the mangaka skip the Bloody Baron Arc.
An Arc where she and Souta would be diving at the 14th floor and ends up fighting the boss there. So she would gain a lot of experience fighting alongside the MC, but since the manga doesn't have this boss fight. So it's like this.
Nerfed as fuck.
No boost hammer and no Mithril Armor.

That week only matters insofar as there's no competition. Once we're caught up it won't exist at all with competition.

I don't necessarily have a problem with paywalled chapters in the wild only because competition tends to kill the practise. I wouldn't pay for any of them since all it takes is a cheeky dmca for all my coins to mean jackshit, or I could end up paying for stolen chapters like philia scans was/is(?) doing.

I'm under the impression that Appraisal using the magic item doesn't cause the target to notice. Is that not the case?
