Basically dieting and exercise to change his weight and appearance won't work even after he learns to how control and reduce his appetite in a later chapter because its basically a curse for unique skill holders. The thinning always happens after using his DunEx skills which is separate from his gluttony skill.

I honestly respect the manga for sticking to the Gluttony thing and having him regain that weight rather than just being slim now. I can't think of any other manga that has had the guts to do that.

The other day I read manga about loser pig guy, the moment he turn slim and handsome i stopped reading it.
