I was reading thinking "was the author intention to reveal Shiika's 'crimes'"?
Maybe because Sumire is just a child and she has something against Shiika for "stealing" her potential mother she misunderstood, but it's very obvious that Shiika is just another victim of her father, there's no other way to interpret this.
He Kazuma thinks any other conclusion other than this one in the next chapter then it's deserved drop.

Shiika was obviously abused, despite being 5 years old she asked Yuri to take photos of her bruised body, as the angle in the photo is taken way over the top.

Shiika then unfortunately seen her parasite of a parent raping Yuri but somehow had clear mind and recorded it.

Yuri obviously taken herself in place of Shiika when her parasite of a parent couldn't hold his sick lust in check any more.

Sumire is using all this blame shifting to get back to Kazuma mom, as she is jealous of Shiika progress and adaptation. This also explains bullying of Shiika by her. Kazuma would be pretty stupid to believe this bs.

Shusuke obviously is fucking insane, planning to kill Shiika or commit murder than suicide. That's taking sis-con and yandare to another level...
