The female mc is autistic. Masking is what autistic people do to survive in a world that harshly punishes social difference. It's exhausting, destructive, and in the long run debilitating to mask.

Great comic, great art, cute story. I'm loving it so far.

This sounds interesting, but it has a harem tag, so that’s a nope from me.

Why does everything have a harem tag these days?
It's misapplied here, unless you buy into the "several girls with interest in one guy who is either only interested in one of them or isn't actively pursuing any of them at all" theory of "harem". It's not that he's "dense" or anything, either; he's been straightforwardly confessed to prior to the events of the manga and recognizes at least some of the girls' interest in him here. He's simply lived a life where he's been too overwhelmed by his circumstances to seriously consider romance and doesn't think he's at liberty to change that now.

While that might not be entirely inaccurate, her behavior and lack of understanding of the world outside her home and school can easily be laid at her father's feet. As middle volumes of the novel series make abundantly clear, she has absolutely no cultural knowledge whatsoever, nor has she been exposed to even classical literature of the sort that would be standard in a commoners' high school at her father's specific direction. She is not allowed even the simplest deviation from her father's demands. Her masking is part survival, part lack of any other option. At least up to now.

Hello, I’m kinda new and I loved this manga, I wanted to know when the next chapter is gonna come out not exactly the date just an heads up (always if possible) like does a chapter come out every month or how does it work? Is there a solid “deadline” where the author says “no I have to finish this”?
This isn’t to be rude or anything and I’m sorry if I did express myself badly. English isn’t my first language and with that said I hope that there isn’t any type of miscommunication.

Usually it's once every 2 months but sometimes 1 times in 1 month

I love this manga but the tital could be better so I decided to fix it. "Behind Her Perfect Smile, She’s a Total Mess (And My Problem)" or "The Talented Young Lady Has No Life Skills—And I'm Her Caretaker"

Taking Care of a Talented Woman Because of the high price of the prestigious family, I was able to take care of the young lady (who has no ability to make a living) at the academy, behind the scenes.

The Unattainable Flower

Is just some crazy regionalization - Even Translators are getting sick of the Title Creep
Caring for a Talented Girl At a prestigious school full of high-class girls, I ended up secretly caring for the school's most talented young lady (who has no ability to live independently). This i derived it from the japanese raw 才女のお世話 高嶺の花だらけな名門校で、学院一のお嬢様(生活能力皆無)を陰ながらお世話することになりました this is more better

This is very mid, i stuck with it for 30 chapters but there's much more interesting romcoms out there. Our protag is a generic hardworking/unfortunate background self insert and not really interesting and the main girl is just cute and needy, with the mental age of a 7 year old. Very tropey and very overrated rating wise, should be closer to a 6/10.

Pretty good read but honestly it's a little underwhelming. The main character isn't particularly interesting to follow, and there's definitely some side characters that may be neglected. I don't really feel interested or invested when seeing Nakita and those two other friends. Though, that could just be a problem of not having enough chapters yet to fully develop or do much with them.

But for the good parts, I like Hinako. Good character to follow and care about. Tennouji? Easily the best character here. She's very nuanced and the story so far made me really invested in their shenanigans. Thankfully she's one of those where the "Ojou-sama" kind of character has some depth and not just some annoying asshole.

Basically, just give it a try.
