Try again, I'm really digging this manga. The incest tag seems a little harsh, since they're actually step siblings starting to know each other. Ecchi is minimum (there is ecchi, though) and plot is wholesome.

What I meant was that it doesn't feel like incest, since they are step siblings who didn't grew up together. They´re teenagers who just met up for the first time some months ago.

You can call that "incest", but to me is somewhat harsh, since there are a lot of taboos linked to that tag.

Again, not the point. Even if they have sex I wouldn't call it incest since they are not blood related. They didn't even grew up together. The only affinity they have is political.
