Well, while the privacy infringement point is invalid, because MC accidentally showed Kamishiro his skills when he didn't know the importance of keeping things secret.

The bullying did happen, though it was done by another member of Kamishiro's team.

But Kamishiro did in an indirect way tried to blackmail MC into the duel. I mean, MC is the suspicious type. Talking about his skills like that would basically be considered as a blackmail.

Plus that guy is an overarchiver type who gets things done without effort, but couldn't stand the fact that there is someone who surpasses him, so he wants to challenge MC to surpass him as well.

And truthfully, those guys are sort-off like classmates or colleagues, they aren't MC's friends.

I think you should re-read Chapter 5.
While talking to MC, Kaido asks him to show his skill list which MC does openly allowing Kaido to read it, but he only reads it partially and gives up upon seeing MC's Level.
Kamishiro is beside them while it's going on, and is also able to see it (since Status Windows are see-through transparent).

If i have to say, the situation was more like MC showcasing his Status Info like a Banner in a public place for everyone to see.
So, it was more his fault for being careless than for other people reading it.
Or in the analog of bank card code, it was like he was shouting his number out loud while around everyone.
