Tho, imo, the meme flair disturbs the immersion. Also, since its a meme, it will eventually die down, and future reader who read it would feel weird or maybe even cringed, staining your popularity.

Actually, it's fine if you like the meme and think it's funny, but I believe putting it in the credit page or something as "meme version" is funnier, I've seen others done that instead of disturbing the actual manga pages itself.
