as far as i know, cousins(4 degree relation) have almost 0% chance of mutations, but less than 3 relation degree could results in mutation...

degree means location/distance to you in a family tree of sorts? parents/child are 1, siblings, grandpa/ma/child 2, uncle/aunt 3, etc...

this is all blood and genetic related of course...
