I feel that sexual fiction of things that are horrific in real life actually helps keep those crimes down from what they would be. Unless someone is completely unhinged, they don't WANT to impose on others and do crimes. Even if they want to, they generally won't act on it.

Unless there's no outlet for those feelings, that pressure builds. Don't you think rape cases of men and women would skyrocket if all pornography would be banned/confiscated? Likewise I'd rather have someone spend their whole life in their room jerking/schlicking it to loli-shota porn than one day being unable to handle it anymore while next to a school or a park. And a lot of people have rape fantasies - most often where they're the victim. But it's healthier to have outlets for it like porn, or safe and experienced BDSM play.

While strange, there's nothing wrong with those desires so long as someone doesn't act on them in real life. Then they become a criminal. If they keep those feelings to themselves in their own privacy, it's not an issue, I feel.

So I don't think it's a big consideration for the manga so much.

@Merilirem not sure if it has a manga, but I do remember reading a title like "isekaied but I have Loves NTR as a skill" or something along those lines, so there does seem to be a demographic for stories where the MC is getting cucked, I think the synopsis said it makes him stronger too.
