This entire arc does so much for Elysia's character, she was already one to root for, but now she clearly stands as best girl

Good thing Cross managed to significantly contribute to the fight. But I am also glad Elysia wasn't degraded into a damsel waiting for help and that the cavalry (Cross' teachers) didn't get to save the day this time.

Them stumbling into friendly adventures in the middle of this snowstorm seems extremely lucky.

eh... finding the "orb of finding" was still an asspull in my opinion... could've just as well, let em not be separated and since he is still at what? d-b rank without his usual reinforcements, which he wouldn't have access to, once he fired that giant tornado(cuz he used ALL his mana, or something) it could've been just as bad.

He survived and saved her while the other side failed to kill her, he won since he accomplished his goal and they didn't.
