Sigh, is clear who the "creator" is, MC original office boss, possibly what brought MC there was a summon and it got both or after MC died of overwork his boss had to take responsability, maybe killed himself after losing everything and as he was involved in the game, isekaied too, could be possessing another main character, maybe even the hero.
Take not that years passed for MC to reach this point of the story, wouldn't be weird if his boss instead of staying in one place was proactive and got equipment and influence the hero would have gained.
