A single event happening doesn't and should not define the entirety of a works concept, else you're bound to be extremely shallow
i wasn't expecting a masterpiece nor a serious manga, but i was expecting the title of the manga, i have yet to see that through exploring those arcs

It's a gag manga. There has been plenty before and there will be plenty more to come. There is nothing wrong with it. What you are looking for won't be explored, those themes and topics are just vehicles so the jokes and gags can take place in a more "living" world compared to a comic strip format.
