@theldras the Prince having a scar on his face makes sense, and they are similar. Time for reveal in next chapter if he doesn't have his left arm.

did we see the head to confirm it?
I'm not doubting this being someone different, but i'm not going to rule out that prince either.

That...looks like the Emperor they talked about, no?

Hmm...I guess we're wringing these assholes for all they're worth, but what's the con here?

Think the guy is from page 29 back in chapter 1, which would make him the prince.

Though it looks like he was cut vertically in that panel.

Rather than Utopia, the word for a distant isolated paradise is "Shangri-La". (Utopia is a perfect world, which is different from a paradisiacal place XD

I have to agree that this is probably the prince. The part of his hair basically matches taken into account it being longer now that some time has passed..... While the angle of the scar doesn't match, that's a pretty common mistake that artists and whatnot do. (I can't remember what, but I remember watching or reading something where the creator of a thing talked about how they intentionally put the scar in a different spot because it looked better)

I wonder if he's here for revenge or for a redemption arc? I don't think we saw enough of his personality to know if he was as twisted as his parents or was just a "normal" arrogant narcissistic prince. I would not be surprised by some line about how the king disowned/disinterested/removed-his-succession-rights because of his disfigurement.
