I read this years ago and forgot about it, now i remember why. This started good but that's just in the first volume, the second is just filler (the female scumbag MC is pointless), the twists were dumb and the monsters even more! (they knew if she died they will die too but left the fatso alone with her lol) this was a good read but only the first volume the rest it's just filler with a rushed ending.

Either way, I liked the tragedy of the relationship between the two leads. It's a classic tragedy, hitting the downfall of the hero due to his own faults and the catharsis of finally being able to settle things before dying ina bittersweet way.
