This author seems to be pretty consistent in producing bad works that make no sense whatsoever, that rely only on sex and gore.

I think this came pretty close to being pretty good.
It's not a masterpiece by any stretch, and it was more than a bit over-dramatic, but the concept wasn't bad.

Agree with Bainhardt. I think it had pretty good idea, but it's rough around the edges. Not bad read.

The mangaka's message at the end of chapter 14 tells you that he intentionally left out pieces of the message, but that it would be pretty much spelled out in 14.5. Reading 14.5 gives interesting context for the entire series of events that led up to the disaster, as well as some character motivations.

Masahiko said something along the lines of "I wasn't the one that stole the panties." 14.5 shows that someone else in the class had planted them in his bag to frame him so he'd get bullied for the rest of his life. This means that not only was he completely innocent in Haruka's resulting death, absolutely everything that happened in this manga would have been avoided if he had managed to look her in the eyes when she asked him if he stole them. He really wasn't a scumbag loser at the time, just a sad shy fatty kid. If you consider her last words of "yes, I knew" to be about his innocence, that would also put an interesting flavor on a lot of her actions (especially towards him) throughout the manga.

A good read, I really liked it.

This was a disgusting ride, and if I had to rate it as a horror or a mystery or tragedy genre, it'd be somewhere areound a 7/10. But it mixed those things together, gave us a good, "real" perspective on a miserable person's life, with "real" thoughts and reactions and going trough his head. The usual tropes are here, the story itself is retty damn by-the-book... but it's executed very well. I won't complain about cliches for this one, because those cliches were good. They were the results of good storytelling, not the result of being thrown in there simply to appease the masses.
There's a simple story here, a dark one that pretty much sucks for all the characters in it, but that story was written very well, and the artwork was perfectly suited to it . Those goofy, unrealistic monster-smiles on the cover are the only humor you'll find in here (besides some dark, twisted irony), and they don't even come across as intentionaly humorous once you get into things.
In the end, I'm giving this a 10/10 because it was so well done and kept itself together the whole time. There was no pointless filler to stretch it out, nor was anything important missing or left unresolved.

Good shit! Not what i was expecting coming from Gun x Clover and the Familia manga, but i think the author pulls off what he was going for great. like others here say, it isn't a masterpiece, but it's solid and consistent. If you don't like this author's other works, you probably won't like this and i suspect that if you're a fan of suspense/mystery, it'll come off as average, but if you're like me, a casual fan of those genres, you'll likely have a great experience. 9/10

Dang it man... I remember reading this when it was just still three chapters available... And now that I've finished it... Dang it... Now I remember why the old me didn't bookmark this... It's like what the author wants... It gives a bit trauma... Not of the horrors, as it is actually a bit funny, but about the way the society in the story is depicted... it somehow seems so real...
