For those curious, this manga has been fully translated to english. The oneshot available here is the first chapter, with there being about 8 chapters in total (excluding extra chapters). It's a single volume in english (I personally bought it digitally) and the english title is the same as it is here, 'The Secret Sakura Shares'.
