I can see why she would be offended somewhat, since it's her way of doing things and all, but Uchimura is right tho... Maybe find a way to make magic more convenient or use magic and equipment...?
I mean, just walking away and leaving the dude alone in the middle of a dangerous forest instead of explaining why it's offensive and how he can not repeat the mistake in the future, and missing the possibility of perhaps even furthering the discussion and finding a solution that would be the most convenient and agreeable to both parties is a really shitty move to use and shows she is neither professional nor mature enough...
She basically just got offended and ditched her coworker in a dangerous place, who is not even from that world and is still learning the culture, just because he said something she finds offensive that is actually CORRECT, and when he only said that because he's thinking about how she can fight more efficiently and deal with enemies in an easier manner... I like her less now. o3o

Yeah i know he wanted to make it clear that relying on magic like that is a crutch, but then again relying on technology is also a crutch.
there should be a way to develop both.

@boag Yeah, I totally agree with that. With she walking away like that with the mere mention of her shortcomings though, any possibility of ever reaching a common understanding and an optimal solution is pretty much gone tho... Uchimura can even do something about technology to a certain extent, but without someone like her adding magic knowledge to the mix it's pretty much impossible for him to go the all-rounded route... :/
