Dynamite or C4 doesn't really directly cause fires though, they produce a kinetic shockwave. A lot of heat is generated as well which can certainly set fire to flammable objects in or near the blast zone, but I feel like what Fuyumura ought to focus on more than the fact that Sanda is immune to fire is that his body seems to be extremely resistant to kinetic force. Normally standing that close to the epicenter of such a detonation would tear your body into pieces and make mincemeat of your internal organs.
