That's true, but IMHO it would work a hundred times better if it wasn't the only trick she had. Like mix it up a bit, have some actually decent people in there.

I genuinely don't know how to feel about this chapter. It really seems like Miko is on the road to becoming the antagonist of this story. Hope I'm wrong because I intitally felt bad for his character. I'd much prefer for everyone to be a little fucked up. That's way more interesting.

Edit: Also, I think his family deserved the shade he threw at them at the end.
