Iirc the author was previously saying that there were three story lines or something, and that they were different ages in the different time lines, but now he retcons them into the same time line it seems.

This is a manga that conditioned its readers to believe that this is a rather innocent manga, even in its perversion, between MC and her for two whole volumes. That more than warrants it being called actual NTR.
Also, not everyone knows about the rather extreme doujins.

If you only look at these 6 pages, again, without any context, sure, it "only" is BSS.

NTR involves cheating, and there's no cheating involved since they're not in a relationship. BSS which means roughly "but I loved her first" doesn't involve cheating since they're not in a relationship. It's still about jealousy I guess, but the difference is that the "cheating" one doesn't really do anything wrong in BSS I guess. Karamizakari which is probably the most known NTR series is BSS and not NTR too. Though the MC there is a cuck.
The target audience is probably the same I guess, so it's probably more of a technical definition than anything. But morally no one really does anything wrong in BSS.

Public mod note: this chapter was incorrectly uploaded as Volume 1, Chapter 0, making it appear as the first chapter in the entry.

It was published in Volume 2, so the volume number was outright incorrect, and while it's numbered as Chapter 0 it's intended to be read after Chapter 30.

I've renumbered this to Volume 2, Chapter 30.5, which is what the two groups who've already released this chapter agreed upon as well.
