Those with senpai are "what ifs," and not canon but they do exist. There are obviously others that are different, and do show things she's done. Definitely still not normal stuff.

This series is different, though and for slight ease of mind, This is the most you'll ever see or hear of him. She stops meeting him immediately, as you saw. Her friends even mention later that once she met and started crushing on the MC, things changed. (This is as of current chapters. We're at 70). So there's nothing to worry about on that front. Series is also always SFW and will stay that way as per the author.

I can understand why people are raging. The author baited everyone but tbf, there had been signs of something wrong since the beginning. You don’t think it’s crazy for a middle school girl to be this open about stuff related to sex?

Maybe there's some miscommunication. She has/had a sexual relationship with Senpai and others, as we see in this chapter but those specific "If Route" stories are "what ifs." There are a series of shorts titled "If: Route" and that's what was being discussed.
