Well, that first story told in chapter 4 doesn't make sense. If the boy never returns from the 4th floor, who told the story?
Also, I wouldn't put it past the blond girl herself being a demon.

..ALSO, having to go through extra steps to come to the comment thread, or not being able to create a new thread as a normal user is annoying, but perhaps that's just me..
