Well, that first story told in chapter 4 doesn't make sense. If the boy never returns from the 4th floor, who told the story?
Also, I wouldn't put it past the blond girl herself being a demon.

A lot of summoning demons in an esoteric sense comes from enochian practices in which you use the names of gods and angles to compel lesser beings such as demons to do your bidding.

They mostly summon angles though and the practice is actually pretty dangerous. Can give you split personality disorder, visual schizophrenia or just straight up kill you.
