I believe that's the guy who was shown spying on the cult at the end of chapter 126 and later being sodomized in chapter 127.
He is rather just random guy. That guy, the spy, has a shorter hair, and should have bruises since he was hit with a stone and thrown in the previous chapter.
Did not you read the comments for chapter 132 of Slug Scans version.

Sorry for the late reply, I don't get on Mangadex that often. Regarding why we don't just work together, we have a place on our Discord for people to request to join. Slug applied, but we informed him that we actually have quite a few people that already do the roles he wanted to join under. He requested to work as a Cleaner, Redrawer, Typesetter. The only role we actually lack on our team is a consistent translator. That was communicated to him, and he left the Discord.
He decided we weren't fast enough, which to be honest, is fair criticism. When they released their first chapter, he used the comment section to take a dig at our group. At the same moment, he joined our Discord again, this time asking me to do him a favor and tell him how many chapters we have worked on so we wouldn't waste his time.
Originally we had plans to post all of our chapters and step away, but the misleading comments, the attempts at getting others to add rude comments on their behalf, the audacity to request a favor afterward, etc is annoying.
I don't really mind if someone takes over the series, just don't be rude about it is all I request.

Again, I did not read the comments, so sorry if my joke did not have its intended effect.
Its unfortunate that his skills and your needs do not fit, but I genuinely did not find many mistakes (barring the fact that I cannot speak or read japanese and have no access to the raws either) in his scan. So if anything, I just hope he tried to motivate you guys to continue working on this and his remarks were not meant to be as rude as you perceived it.
If nothing else, I will read whoever uploads a quality translation of this.
