Save search

An option to save a search could be really useful in my opinion.

For example, here is the search I do everytime I come on mangadex:

It takes me like 15-20s but doing it every time and several times a day makes you wonder why this isn't a thing yet

The query is in your address bar, just perform an empty search with your settings and save it as a bookmark.
