Yea doesn't really make sense, this would be the first thing I would do honestly and it's not like he's a random in the village either so he should've been able to introduce no problem.

The translation's wonky, the author has difficulty writing proper stories, the artist isn't too good at composition, and the scan quality is poor. There's really no redeeming qualities to this work.
