Sudden full nudity after not having any for so long could be an indication this isn't doing too well; sometimes the full nudity card is a crutch played by mangaka to prop up manga that's struggling to retain or attract new readers. I'm not complaining though; It's... nice.

Story so far doesn't even seem too bad, but maybe readers are getting bored over Chigarashi's relative lack of character development.

the writing on this manga is unfortunately not very good. it's certainly not atrocious, but it's been obvious for the last dozen or so chapters that the author seems to have too many ideas and he had some real trouble trying to tie them all together, which caused the manga's pacing to be very uneven.

it's a shame because the art is very good especially on the horror parts and the scanlation team did an excellent job so far.
