At first I thought Kurohiji also got involved in Kizaki's cult-y circle like Fujimiya, but it turns out she was just a recipient of the dangerous drugs being passed around by occult hunter turned drug pusher Fujimiya.

Also, I kinda miss Nene. I haven't seen her in a long time. At least she got a mention this chapter.

I suppose the moral for this arc for university students is the dangers of drugs and party drugs in particular. I've noticed that most arcs in this manga also try to convey such lessons for uni students (or future uni students).
