Nothing wrong with that but i get the "i'm not interested in any relationship" kinda vibe whether she's ace or not

And oof, i don't think i've ever had a teacher tell me to smile but we had our tests handed out through class without lining up with our name called/no bowing or so versus like "pledging allegiance" or whatever but must be a pain (wonder if some ppl would passive aggressively wear a mask on purpose since it's 'allowed'/accepted and even encouraged if you have a cold/hay fever or so

(although as a teacher i feel like if he's too 'smiley' around girls i can imagine some ppl being dickheads and spreading rumors if not directly calling him creepy, can't win in some of these times)

It some what feels like most potential partners would have a hard time matching with her. She does feel like she has her fair share of troubles and problems (that "I get that a lot" smells like an indicator).
Still, if I can give my 2 cents opinion, I'd like to date Fushimi. She seems super chill, super fun and really caring.

Random note but I don't think I'd ever bothered looking at the song suggestions before until this chapter when I randomly noticed My Criminal Lovers' so I went back and looked at the others and I have to say... pretty based for being into situasion. They're definitely high up in my current favorite groups along with MELON BATAKE A GOGO, XTEEN, Finger Runs, RAY, Ac!u Gromov and maybe Konton Shoujo.

As for the chapter itself, it is what it is I guess. Kind of a paint by numbers one compared to the really good ones.

But i'd either take that as a direct rejection if he didn't interpret it as an awkward joke. (tho that would sound like a risky threat too but it would be hilarious if she was into drag racing as a hobby too) or him being even more into her after that (maybe if it was a twitter rom com thing with that being a bit of a masochist but lol)
