Holy shit I did not expect this at all. I first thought Katsura killed herself because her sister said she was covered in blood. I assume she did it because she felt bad for hurting Makoto. But I was fucking shocked when we find out Sekai actually killed her. Re-reading this chapter knowing what happens gave me the chills. I actually liked this ending and route they took for the manga. Sekai X makoto forever.

MC messed up big time... If he was selfish enough to go down the harem route we could have had a nice wholesome harem ending
