Yeah i checked the wiki since i dont want to change anything, but that one is the only different thing from the wiki and the manga page
Yeah, given how this series was started in 2017, and in the early 2020's new people took over the SCP site and rewrote a bunch of things while starting a metaplot, I'm guessing a bunch of entries will just be outdated as a result. Oh well, not much you can do, you can only translate what's there.

A padlock? A PADLOCK?? They spend millions of dollars to contain every single potentially harmful SCP above “safe” but they just slap a $5 masterlock on a collection of 28 of them, with a STANDALONE security guard, and call it a day?

Is that list at the end outdated? It shows only 1-3 sealed. The list on the wiki reads

I - Locked
II - Locked
III - Locked
IV - Locked
V - Locked
VI - Locked
VII - Unlocked
VIII - Unlocked
IX - Locked
X - Unlocked

So, the author of the DoA (DJkaktus) does not want there to be a bub for the DoA (because mystery is the point), this page acts as the hub for it, thus this page gets updated when new DoA articles are written (that Kaktus thinks is good). At no point was this rewritten by a different author. Also the only time the wiki had a mass rewrite was in like 2010-

Or it's done to hide the fact there's something serious behind that one padlocked door since they can't move the facility itself.

Not the first time they've hide SCP locations by covering it with 'normal' things.

Like WhimsiCat said, sometimes the best protection is the subtle one. Plus, this is classified as Safe, which means the measures taken are able to contain it. None of the pseudo-SCPs inside seem to be capable of leaving confinement. It's the same with other Safe SCPs, which is why plenty are just shoved in a filing cabinet or left out in the break room (though the infinite pizza box is a special case there).
