Searching Jp --> En Translator to work on unfinished Scans by Shiono Etorouji

Hello,

I recently found the works of Shiono Etorouji and fell in love with them.
But most of his works aren't fully scanlated yet. So why don't we change that?
The Main focus of this venture will be to Scanlate Zelphy of the Aion and Brocken Blood in full. The other unfinished works can come later.

So i need a Japanese to English Translator as i don't know any.
Any other Positions willing to help are welcome too.
