Given that the tallest (verified) human being in history was "only" 8 feet, 11 inches (272cm) tall, yet weighed 439lb (199kg),
a hypothetical ten foot tall ("double my height") giant would probably exceed 500lb (227kg), though he probably would not be "fat", one of the traits that @Plykiya originally wanted.
