This explains why the current emperor wanted to invade Lebovny and kidnapped the older sister because Lebovny's King wasn't even following the agreement with Belgoat
Why did I think the time stamp didn't add up? It seems from the story that female protag in the same age with male protag and villains yet only female protag is almost born, both male lead and villain father are still unmarried, so by that calculation at least she is older by 1 year... I'm confused
geez ngl im just saying, the belgoat emperor rlly held out for a wHILe and all he did in the end was originally kidnap a sister (even if it seemed to turn tragic?)
if the king closed off the road for 2 years! then he shouldnt be getting any mana stones right? then he would be at a loss, theres nothing to gain from closing the road?
OR does that mean that Belgoat didn't agree to the change of contract in paying 10% mana stones so the king closed off the road?
@Soo-ji_Queen
The country with mana stones is to the west, while the villain's country is to the east. The MC's country is in-between the two; they're not blocked off.
So the problem is that the villain's country need permission in order to cross the MC's country through the road in question and get to the mana stone land.
Because the emperor is greedy and noticed a big amount of cash was traded, he wanted in and decided to arbitrarily change the terms in their
agreement. He thinks he can threaten them by closing off the road to get them to pay off 10% of their income.
I really like it so far. Compared to other isekai'd women suddenly turning into villains or side characters, this one particularly doesn't know the exact date of when these events take place. It's refreshing
