I'm assuming you're joking since I wanted to make a joke like that too but if you're not joking: He's saying yes I do in english with japanese accento

But the characters or atleast some parts of them are definitely AI. Those over exaggerated expressions that have now flow between them cannot be done by human hands. Maybe the artist should stick to writing ero mangas and leave the art to someone else.
