Jobless itself had busted aspects that I don't remember either. It also gave free access to unlocking new jobs, where now he has to learn them the same way as anyone else.

Yeah, there are only 2 things he's "lost" by losing 'Jobless'. He still has all the skills, and they almost all still function just fine. Only a single skill doesn't work anymore (the one described as "day laborer", the one that allowed him to be a random job from a list for 24 hrs, as that required his 1st job to be the 'Jobless' class). He also can't level up 'Jobless' anymore, so he can't unlock any additional skills that may have been waiting further down the Jobless leveling path.

I guess it was setup for her to be a succubus, but this is also interesting, the demons are pretty resourceful, but I guess Marina's ex-owner (her name escapes me now) being a magic blacksmith and demons being long living brings other jobs like that to the table.
... Now I see why she was obsessed with being called beautiful
