I think it's triple isekai. Isekai into demon lord, then back to Japan, and now back to demon lord.

P. 38 she was betrayed in Japan, yet still went back. Meaning she came from Japan originally, and went back. Now back to isekai.

Well, she's probably looking for her brother. Though, I'm also pretty sure that this is going to get HELLA drama ridden when that all comes up. At SOME point. Like, your little sister is actually a demon lord? Also, almost guaranteed that she was following after him. LOL. This is SO going to involved EPIC levels of DRAMA. I'm so confused with the plot twists in this chapter. Maybe it's the translation making things more convoluted?

So Imouto is a Reincarnation of the Demon Lord, but the Goddesses and the Vampire guy definitely mentioned something about Demon Lord's seal breaking?? But then! I recall Haru saying that she knows the Demon Lord personally and the Demon Lord was executed by the Hero? Is this Demon Lord = MC's imouto? And the vampire also mention a new demon lord, is it refering to imouto coming back or will there be 2 Demon Lords going around?

Then there's the fact about MC and Marina being transported there instead of a Reincarnation after their death. Like, why did the goddesses even bothered doing that? In fact, why they even bothered isekai'd people in the first place? That sounds very counterintuitive to their goal of preserving balance of the world.
