I like how everyone in this manga carries some baggage. Like, nothing tragic, but something that makes them doubtful of themselves, and forces thme to be introspective, something that the manga then takes the opportunity to explore.
Everyone besides the main couple, that is. They suck.

Of course that's what's bothering her. You've got to stick to the classics.

I'm pretty sure it's the shoulder angel that told her to just tell them to date, and the shoulder devil that told her to hold it in. But she's a good girl, so she listens to the angel.

She sounds socially OCD or something like that. And some kind of introversion.

Harsh people are necessary sometimes. There's a difference between being harsh and being malicious, and she ain't the latter.

Everyone's so different in how they think. Almost like real people.

On a complete sidenote, is Koucha Agasawa originally Korean or raised in Korea or something? Or just greatly influenced by Korean culture?

Not that it's a bad thing or anything, I love this series, but I feel like there are lots of small things throughout that aren't quite "right" when looking at Japanese culture. It's like many things are just studied about or straight up just more korean.

I might just be full of shit, but that's what I've felt from the beginning. And I repeat, I don't mean it a bad way, I'm just interested.

What specifically do you mean?

Also if you’re saying that this manga feels unlike “traditional” Japanese culture, yeah a ton of people in Japan are like that too. Cultures always house countercultures.
