My guess is that they're going to be upset about:

• Her showing favoritism to one orphan over the rest,
• Her knight essentially blackmailing the orphanage to do what they want, or
• Something they did to the nougats they took and are trying to frame her for it

The last one seems most likely since they discussed that exact scenario before, but I imagine Erald already has a plan/proof to defend against that with the way he nonchalantly handed them over (and the fact that Chloe recognized the look in the knight's eyes).

Also, every time I read the word nougat I can't not picture this
